Abstract: | ABSTRACT newline newlineThe aim of the current study is to examine the impact of online learning on satisfaction and motivation level of senior secondary students of Haryana. The study offers a comprehensive review on the gaps related to online learning effectiveness and a structured abstract model. This study has presented the conclusion of a systematic review on the factors affecting the effectiveness of online learning and how they effect on satisfaction and motivation level. The COVID-19 has created the largest dislocation of education systems in human history, affecting nearly 1.6 billion learners in more than 200 nations. Closures of schools, institutions and other learning spaces have impacted more than 94% of the world s student population. Social distancing and restrictive movement programs have significantly disturbed traditional educational practices. This study aims to give a comprehensive report on the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on online learning and indicate the way forward. The results uncovered that several factors, including academic issues, availability issues, technological skills and lecturer commitment, effect depreciating the online learning efficiency, which has made a significant impact on learner satisfaction and motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study evaluates the impact of online learning efficiency on learners satisfaction and motivation. In the present study descriptive survey method was adopted. Random sampling technique was used to select samples of 900 students of different Senior Secondary Schools of Haryana. Questionnaire and Structured Interview of parents were developed to collect the data. Mean, T-test and ANOVA were applied for data analysis. Overall, the findings of this study contribute to our understanding of online learning courses among senior secondary students in Haryana. newline |
