Abstract: The present study aimed to describe an innovative school transformation model with newlinecollaborative efforts of teachers and families to enhance academic achievement in primary newlineclasses of a local CBSE school located in Ludhiana. This study was based on the RtI (Response newlineto Intervention model) and Hoover-Dempsey and Sandler s model. The purpose of this research newlinewas the early identification of students with learning gaps and to provide them with differential newlineinterventions based on their identified differential needs, so that no child is left behind newlineacademically. newline
