Abstract: | Abstract newlineThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of job satisfaction among Academicians in newlineHigher Education Institutions in Odisha. In order to accomplish this objective, a crosssectional newlineresearch methodology was used. The researcher employed the proportionate newlinestratified random sampling approach to choose a sample of 373 Academicians. The collected newlinedata was subjected to analysis using appropriate statistical techniques, such as calculating the newlineArithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, and SEM, etc. The results of the study suggested newlinea considerable proportion of Academicians in Odisha have a moderate degree of job newlinesatisfaction. newlineThe key findings of the study shed light on the job satisfaction landscape among newlineacademicians of higher education in Odisha. The result indicated that a substantial newlineproportion of these academicians report a moderate degree of job satisfaction. This newlineobservation is of paramount significance, as job satisfaction plays a pivotal role in the overall newlinewell-being and performance of academicians.
