Abstract: | The aim of the research is to measure the performance appraisal of tube investments diamond chains, India- A unit of tube investments of India limited in Chennai city (application of balance score card method).The Measurement of Performance appraisal Systems plays a key role in organizations. The performance appraisal system aims to implement an effective strategy for their organizations. Much management has shown that conventional financially based performance appraisal systems have failed to determine and assimilate all the factors serious to the accomplishment of the business. Although performance appraisal systems can play a significant role in communicating, evaluating, and rewarding the achievement of strategic intentions, much management felt that their existing appraisal systems do not sufficiently fulfill these functions. In recent years, both practitioners and management have accentuated the need to move beyond financial aspect assessment of operations and integrate a much wider diversity of non-financial aspect metrics in business performance reporting and reward systems. In the complex, competitive environment, businesses need to be enthusiastic and flexible in the modern competitive era. newline |
