Abstract: | Telemedicine had the potential of saving lives and enrich access to medical treatment in newlinean Indian context, where lack of doctors and be a shortage of delivery of health care newlineservices to rural or distant region telemedicine try to track both theses. With the newlineexponential focus on healthcare services digitization in India, and to reduce the pressure newlineon the existing Indian healthcare system, presently telemedicine had been a major newlineenabler in digital health transformation in India as well as a different developing newlinecountries. Telemedicine combines less cost, convenience, and easily accessible healthrelated newlineinformation using the ICT in their plan of health care and by which increases to newlineprovide better services to patients. Telemedicine has significant contributions in the area newlineof teledermatology, telehealth, telesurgery, telecardiology, and Tele-education. It newlineimproves the access to healthcare services from any place. Telemedicine utilizes ICT to newlinehelp the medical services administration and clinical services to people in far places. newlineAdoption of telemedicine had a global success in developed in contrast to developing newlinecountries and it has been suggested to provide financial assistance for usage of newlinetelemedicine which has been empirically investigate in developed countries. Despite the newlinemassive technological advancement or facilities and rich skillful people still wide spread newlineadoption hinders a lot. So it has been alarming to explore the adoption of telemedicine in newlinefull scale yet to be explored. The study will be significant to health care professionals as newlineit will enable them understand which factors influence continued use of telemedicine. newlineProblem with telemedicine is still not widely adopted as per low adoption rate and also newlineresistance to change which result in wastage of resources, which in turn posses negative newlineto the achievement of the goals by the adoption of technology in hospital for better newlinedelivery of healthcare services.
