Physical education gives us physical fitness, mental alertness, emotional stability and social well-being. It is currently the only form of education that can help us live successful lives. Physical education is becoming a requirement for everyone in order to maintain their health. It includes exercise that helps to students to develop diverse physical abilities needed to perform a variety of motions. Theses exercise are broken up into different age groups. In essence, physical education creates the motor skill base activities and sports. newlineGames and sports are an essential and very important components of every person s existence. Different athletics develop various kinds of talents and skills which helps to encourage positive thinking among the people. It encourages to people to face difficulties and overcome it. Today, there is need to improve athletic performance, quality of physical education and sports training programs. newline2. STATEMENT OF THE RESEARCH PROBLEM newlineIt is thought that there is a critical need to establish uniform process of selection of effective and appropriate players for handball games to be performed at the inter-collegiate and all India inter university level based on overall observations, experience, and general discussion with the specialists, judges, national and international competitors and literature review on the same topic. The following statement of problems has been created by the current research in light of this. It s not always ideal to choose players just on the basis of their individual performance in a given game. To increase the long-term, basic motor abilities and talents are the most crucial considerations during the selecting process.
