Abstract: | The purpose of the study will be to compare the training effect of physical newlineexercises on health-related physical fitness, selected physiological and newlinepsychological variables among students of school. The physical exercises are newlinerepetitive in nature and utilize a lot of energy while physical exercises help to newlineconserve energy. newlineToday physical exercise is recognized and practiced as a very strong health newlinetool for physical fitness. Fitness is a gift of life. Maintaining of good physical newlinefitness is a gift in present life. But today s life with various miserable factors, newlineeveryman has to overcome them. A person who is considered to be completely newlinefit means that he is able to meet any situation irrespective of occupation and newlineactivity etc. Fitness is affected due to various reasons such as no proper newlinemedical care, no preventive measure, bad health habits and non-availability of newlinegood nutrition food. newlineFitness components are divided into two basic categories, those essentially newlinerelated to health and those related to motor skill performance. The motor newlineperformance is related to areas such as improved sport performance and the newlinemost common way to refer to fitness currently is to use the phrases health newlinefitness and motor performance fitness. The importance of recognizing the newlinedistinction between these two categories of fitness is that the health newlinecomponents have their foundation in the prevention and remediation of disease newlineand illness Furthermore, people, young and old who discard laziness and newlineregularly physical exercise practice tend to be more fit and successful in newlineachieving mental peace and life goals. it helps one attain tranquility of mind. It newlineis a known fact that regular practice of physical exercises relaxes the mind and newlineconsiderably bring down mental stress and physical strain. newline |
