Abstract: | Innovation is making a huge difference and affecting practically all aspects of each Organization. Inventive human resources practices have reengineered the old procedure. Today human resources managers have developed their method for hiring and recruiting employee. Creative HR practices have beaten different human capital difficulties viz. geological confinements, activation and so on. HR innovation helps in all procedures from enlist to resign works and has definitely changed the manner in which representatives and chiefs gain admittance to the human resource data. This paper investigates the accessible innovation and its value in executing the administrative capacities and difficulties looked by them. Data mining is a type of sorting technique which is actually used to extract hidden patterns from large databases. Data mining concepts and methods can be applied in various fields like marketing, medicine, real estate, customer relationship management, engineering, web mining, etc. HR recruitment using data mining techniques combined with AI, Mobility and Social Media is a new emerging technique of data mining that can be applied on the data related to job seekers. SMAC technology also used in HR recruitment process in- order to extract the perfect employee for an organization. This SMAC technology also refines the employee by personality since employees are the back bone of an organization. |
