Abstract: The aforementioned words of Manu showcase the significance and importance of anuand#347;and#257;sana in everyone s life, sustaining well-being, and happiness for one and all in a thriving, safe, and well-managed society. Human life starts with crying and generally ends with crying, and during the journey called life, there are numerous emotions endeared by human beings. Generally, all individuals love the emotion of and#257;nanda/happiness and dislike any such activities, which are associated with anuand#347;and#257;sana/discipline throughout their lives. A child does not want to be disciplined by parents, teachers, or anybody, and always desists it in all forms. In general, teenagers do not want anuand#347;and#257;sana in any form (more so due to hormonal changes), and generally are rebellious to any form of anuand#347;and#257;sana activity imposed on them or are asked to follow. Free will and freedom are required in an unfastened society to exercise unfastened will; however, desire needs to be bounded with the aid of using discipline to keep the liberty of one and all, to a sure extent. newline
