Abstract

A systematic approach for analysing patterns on the digits, palmar aspect of hand, newlineand plantar aspect of foot is called dermatoglyphics. The aforementioned pattern seems newlinedistinct to each person and permanent in post-natal life. In different research, dermal newlineridge patterns showed distinction in individuals with inherited disorders such as newlinemongolism, psychological disorder like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, newlinesome malignancies, including ovarian and breast cancer, and medical disorders such as newlinebronchial asthma, tuberculosis has undergone significant amount of research.
