Abstract: newline Aluminum is the third most prevalent element in the earth s crust, making up around 8 percent of the mass of it. In materials engineering, aluminium and its alloys are currently frequently employed. Due to its ease of manufacturing, good corrosion resistance, and high strength, as well as an outstanding mix of toughness and formability, it is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Because of its excellent strength-to-weight ratio, AA6061-T6 is widespread use not just in the aircraft industry but also in the automobile industry.
