Abstract: The nervous system and brain are the most fundamental features responsible for newlinethe evolution of mankind. The mechanisms associated with brain are highly newlineregulated to perform efficient functioning. However, slight deregulation in its newlinemechanisms can lead to devasting diseases that can threaten the survival of newlinehuman beings. Neuro-muscular diseases are one of the most devasting group of newlinediseases that do not have permanent treatments. Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis newline(ALS) and Multiple sclerosis (MS) are neuro-muscular diseases associated with newlineneuronal degeneration. They are incurable and very few approved drugs are newlineavailable to reduce the severity of the disease. Diagnosis of ALS and MS include newlineClinical, electrophysiological and Radiological approach. We observed that newlineintegrative studies of clinical, model systems and computational results using newlinetraditional and multi-omics-based techniques were found to be minimal in newlineSclerotic diseases. Further, an integrative approach could help to identify newlinederegulated pathways, potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets newlineconclusively. newline
