Biomaterials are one of the broad spectra of the healthcare field and are intended to interact with living tissues. They play an essential role in regenerating the damaged tissues also can track and heal those tissues. The biomaterials can be man-made/synthetic or nature-based materials that are consumed for joint replacement and wound healing, including sutures, ligaments, dental implants, clips, dissolvable dressings etc. The field of biomaterial engineering combines some essential interdisciplinary fields such as medical, biological, physical, chemical, and material science. Biomaterials are classified into various types, like metals, ceramics, polymers, and composites. The biomedical device is fabricated using machined and moulded parts to produce coatings, films, sutures, fabrics, and foam-like products. This material has some important properties, such as biocompatibility, bioactivity, and biodegradability. Bioglass (BG) is a silicabased biomaterial widely used for orthopaedic app 45S5BG meets the requirement of mechanical competence and its composition consists of 45% SiO2, 24.5% CaO, 24.5% Na2O, and 6% P2O5 in weight percentages and has been widely studied. newline
