Abstract: | The research behind nanotechnology symbolizes the state of the art technology owing to its numerous applications. The nanoparticle finds its applications in diverse field such as medical, pharmaceutical, agriculture, clinical, food industry, paint, textile and environment. The metallic particle silver and gold were chosen to convert from its bulk form to nanoform by biological mode without using any toxic chemicals. This methodology is ecofriendly, pollution free and environment safe. The biogenic methodology use all the natural mechanism of reduction process with unique features under standard conditions of temperature, pressure and pH delivers an effective approach for synthesizing extensive scale of nanoparticles. Marine micro algae and plant sources were selected for the synthesis of aurum and argentum nanoparticles. The marine micro algae and plant source were preliminarily analysed for the presence of biochemical and phytochemicals. The identity, specificity and homology of nanoparticles were detected by Basic Local Alignment Search Tool. The genetic relationship between the algae and plant were analysed to evaluate the relationship that exist between the chosen biological sources. newline |
