dc.description.abstract | A MicroGrid (MG) is a kind of discrete power system, which consists newlineof many interconnection of distributed energy sources and energy storage newlineunits. The MG is integrated with the Renewable Energy Source (RES). The newlinedeveloping technologies covered the renewable energy source policies, newlinebackup sources combined with the conventional source to supply the isolated newlineloads from the MG. newlineThe hybrid system is an energy system that used more than one energy newlinesource. The fossil fuels can be reduced instead of using the renewable energy newlinesource them more power can be supplied. The RES is combined with the newlineconventional source where the power system can be improved. Then, the newlinedistributed generation comprised heterogeneously, low-voltage electrical newlinedistribution networks, storage load, and the larger primary network managed newlineautonomously. By using a Point of common coupling the larger power system newlineis joined by the MG, and the power system can be operated independently. newlineFirst plan the MG islanded operation could occur spontaneously whether the newlinefault triggers used the primary grid to disconnect the MG. While the units of newlineDistributed Generation (DG) is compared with the centralized power newlinegeneration provides the advantage of higher efficiency and less pollution of newlineenergy utilization, less power transmission losses, and more flexible newlineinstallation location. The DG minimizes the carbon emission and dependency newlineof non-renewables to meet energy demand. newline | |
