Abstract: Cloud computing is an essential technological development, newlineTechnologies related to cloud computing are also being developed rapidly. newlineThe Internet of Things, Fog Computing, Big Data, and Machine Learning are newlinecore and allied developments, and their usage has also been gradually newlineincreasing in recent years. Performance of the application, cost of the newlinecompany, and security play a vital role in a company. For the development of newlinea company, these three terminologies are interrelated with each other. Health newlineCloud is used as the application to remove redundant data from the storage newlineand increase the performance of the application and make it more cost newlineeffective by storing fewer data electronic cloud usage has increased since newlineCOVID 19. Medical and cloud innovations have been growing exponentially. newlineThe focus of this study is on redundant data, which consumes a lot newlineof storage space and leads to increased costs for the company; on consider newlinepermission-related issues of authentication and authorization: and, on the newlinesecurity and privacy of the application. The booming e-health industry is newlinestudied in this research. Health data is stored securely in the cloud. The newlineobjective is to not store redundant data by removing redundant data from the newlinelocal server. The ESRD mechanism is proposed with 4 KB of data blocks that newlineare compared with predefined and undefined values. If a duplicate exists, it is newlineremoved, hashed, and moved to further operations. Three types of requests are newlinehandled: write (x), read (x), and modify (x). The input of the health newlineapplication will be the prescription of the patient, instead of saving the same newlinekind of patient for different patients, common medicines are defined, for newlinedifferent problems, they are undefined. In the local server, the duplicates are newlinecompared using the write (x) and modify (x) and implementing the algorithm, newlinewhich consumes less space newline
