Abstract: | When successful women leaders work with male and/or female students, faculty, and staff, the literature appears to argue that more fruitful developments and positive transformation will occur due to the diverse nature of ideas and experiences rather than those brought forth by genderhomogeneous newlineleaders. The present thesis attempts at examining the women leaders leadership newlinestyle working in the area of higher educational sector in the different zones of the state of Gujarat that is East zone, West newlineZone, Central Zone, South Zone, North Zone. This study also focuses on the demographic profile of women Leaders and the followers working in the area of higher educational sector in the different zones of Gujarat. The study attempts at finding out the significant association between the academic competencies of women leaders in higher education and the demographic profile of women leaders in higher educational sector. In doing so, the researcher attempts at identifying the newlinecrucial factors responsible for the different types of women leadership in higher education in the state of Gujarat and attempts at finding out the significant influence of the demographic profile of women leaders on the factors responsible for the women leadership style in higher education of the different zones of Gujarat. The rationale behind this study is to examine the different factors that are responsible for measuring human traits which are responsible for variations in human behaviour in the higher education in different zones of the state of Gujarat. Furthermore, the researcher attempts to newlineanalyse the significant difference among the demographic profile of the women leaders with the factors responsible for the different human traits under the women leadership in higher education. This will provide deep insights to comprehend the different human behavioural traits which make a big difference in the leadership style of women in higher education due to which the success newlineratio of individual women leaders might vary from each other. |
