T: newlineIntroduction : Cobalt-chromium (Co-Cr) alloy is a commonly used material in newlinedentistry due to its excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility. The use newlineof 3D printing technology for the fabrication of Co-Cr copings has increased in newlinerecent years due to its high accuracy and efficiency. However, the bond strength newlinebetween the Co-Cr copings and ceramic is crucial for the success of the newlinerestoration. newlineAim : The aim of this study was to evaluate the bond strength of Co-Cr copings newlinefabricated using three different 3D printing machines, namely EOS, SHINING 3D, newlineand OR LASER, to ceramic. newlineMaterial and method : Eighteen Co-Cr copings were fabricated using DMLS newlinetechnology and divided into three groups. Ceramic was applied to the copings newlineusing a layering technique, and the bond strength was evaluated using a newlineuniversal testing machine. newlineResults : The results showed that the EOS group exhibited the highest mean newlinedifferences among the three groups were statistically significant (p lt 0.05). The newlinehigh bond strength values in the EOS and OR LASER groups could be attributed newlineto the high-quality fabrication process and the excellent mechanical properties of newlinethe Co-Cr alloy. The SHINING 3D group exhibited lower bond strength values in newlineterms of incisors, which could be due to the use of a lower-power laser and less newlineprecise control over the melting and solidification of the metal powder. newlineConclusion : The results of this study suggest that the choice of 3D printing newlinemachine can affect the bond strength between Co-Cr copings and ceramic. newlineKeywords: Bond strength, DMLS, copings, cobalt chromium, LASER newline
