Abstract: | Work-life balance is one of the leading aspects for the individuals to attain triumph. A newlineperfect balance among different life roles leads to a better mental and physical health newlinewhich further leads to effective performance. Equilibrium among various roles can newlinedevelop happiness in life and reduces stress. Maximum happiness from personal life newlinedevelops better focus on professional end. Personal and professional domains of an newlineindividual s life are interdependent on each other. An individual s emotional wellbeing keeps motivating towards proper focus on professional life. On the other hand, newlineproductive results and professional appreciations keep a person relax and secure. My newlineproposed study is aligned towards the identification of factors affecting work life newlinebalance of Power Sector employees. Work-life balance is where the pressure between newlinethe work and personal life is controlled by having a proper set of policies, supportive newlinemanagement systems at work place and satisfactory relations in personal life. The newlinestudy attempts to create an understanding about Work-Life Balance and work newlineperformance of power sector employees. There is a huge market competition in the newlinepresent scenario for Power Sector, and so the responsibilities of employees growing at newlinefast pace to attain better results for their organizations. The data has been collected newlinefrom at least 500 employees of the Power Sector corporate offices situated in Delhi newlineand NCR. newline |
