dc.description.abstract | In today s changing atmosphere, quality leadership is less comparable. Effectual leadership behavior will shape the culture of the organization in a vibrant process. The improvement of the culture relies upon the style and behavior of the leader. Leadership and culture are the two fundamental parts of a successful organization. The development of the perspective culture is created with intertwined successful leadership. The involvement of every employee in the organization is the basic requirement for a high performing culture. Organizational culture and performance become essential while dealing with employees. The main aim of the study is to evaluate the influence of leadership styles and organizational culture on organizational performance.
