Abstract: | Background: Obesity is defined as Chronic complex diseases characterize with excessive newlineadiposity that impairs health. BMI is a major indicator of obesity measured as weight in newlinekilogram divided by height in meter-square. Other than obesity metabolic syndrome includes newlineglucose intolerance, insulin resistance, lipid disturbance, hypertension and cardiac diseases. newlineAim and objectives: The study aimed to investigate the anti-obesity effect of Acacia suma newline(Roxb.) in the experimental animal model.
