Abstract: newline 6 newline newlineAbstract newlineOut of the 94133 total cases of cancer that were recorded at the centre during newlinethe research period, 5524 (5.87%) instances of gynaecological cancer were gathered. newlineGynaecological malignancies were observed, including 3118 instances of cervical newlinecancer (56.44%), 1433 cases of ovarian cancer (25.9%), 636 cases of uterine cancer newline(11.5%), 267 cases of vaginal cancer (4.83%), and 70 cases of vulvar cancer (1.27%). newlineThe COVID-19 pandemic, which peaked in severity in 2020, resulted in significantly newlinefewer cases being reported in 2020 and 2021 (879 and 967, respectively). It was newlinediscovered that cervical cancer (76%) and vaginal cancer (69.2%) were more newlineprevalent in the low-income group by looking at the socioeconomic status of all these newlinepatients. Endometrial cancer (70.28 %) was more common in the middle-class and newlineupper-middle-class groups. Ovarian and vulvar malignancies are equally prevalent newlineacross all socioeconomic levels. It was discovered that all gynaecological cancers newlinepeaked in incidence between the ages of 51 and 60. Cervical cancers became more newlinecommon as women became older, with 61% of cases occurring in women aged 41 to newline60. The mean age of cervical cancer in this study was 53.3±11.57. 452 (31.5%) of the newlinetotal cases of ovarian cancer were found to be in women between the ages of 51 and newline60. The patient s mean age at diagnosis of ovarian malignancy was 52.5±13.03 years. newlineThe age range 51 60 years saw the highest number of endometrial cancer cases, 233 newline(36.63%), followed by 61 70 years, with 204 (32.07%). The patient s mean age at newlinediagnosis of endometrial malignancy was 58.19±10.86 years. The highest rates of newlinevulvar cancer (37.14%) and vaginal cancer (32.58%) were recorded in the 51 60 age newlinerange. Comparing the parity with other gynaecological malignancies, ovarian cancer newlinecases (18.21%) and vulvar cancer cases (7.14%) had the highest and lowest newlineoccurrences, respectively, of the nulliparity.
