Ergonomics deals with workplace safety of workers well-being where the concept of effective muscle power required doing some particular work. For a healthy life physical work is a must and scientific use of muscle power calls for its effective and efficient utilization of energy. To achieve effective output from the work environment effective use of muscle power to complete the process of the work in hand with minimum amount of energy is required. Also, the person physical injuries must be avoided. Biomechanics refers to motion and its cause in living things for understanding how living things move and how they might improve to make the movement of body parts safer. This work is for developing methods and algorithms for kinematic model of realistic human anatomy and to obtain a better understanding of human motion, particularly realistic prediction of path trajectories for large degree of freedom model. Finally introduce the concept of task-based posture prediction as a viable approach to predicting naturalistic final postures of humans. newline
