Abstract

The effects of temperature and different metal depands incu on the schottky barrier diodes prepared by jet nebulizer spray pyrolysis of ytterbium oxide thin films were studies this finding suggests that increasing the substrate temperature results in enhanced crystallite structure in the ilms the therml activation rate increases as the activation energy decreases resuting in an increase in conductivity which is consistent with the theory of archemius newline
