Abstract: Introduction: The numerous adverse effects of quottraditionalquot cancer therapy, as well as their newlinepoor tolerance, have prompted a huge search for novel natural-source medications that can both newlineprevent and cure disease development. Silver nanoparticles were discovered to stimulate the newlinecell death pathway by producing free oxygen radicals, which had anticancer, antitumor, and newlineantineoplastic effects in vitro. Silver nanoparticles were also identified to differ cellular newlinefunction and impact membrane integrity by triggering several apoptotic signaling genes within newlinemammalian cells, resulting in programmed cell death. Significant advances in the field of newlineanticancer activity of AgNPs have been recorded, including toxicity against MCF-7 cancerous newlinecells. newlineMaterial and Methods: after the Literature survey, Russelia equisetiformis flower was selected newlineas Investigation material for anticancer activity thereafter, Russelia equisetiformis flower newlinecollected , and approved by botanist and then prepared the hydroalcoholic extract using newlineethanol Formulation of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs)using biological or green methods And newlinethen Characterization of silver nanoparticles by various techniques like spectrophotometry newline(UV/vis),,Infrared spectrophotometry using the Fourier-transform (FT),Diffraction of X-rays newline(XRD),Electron microscopy (SEM),EDX (energy-dispersive X-ray) analysis, Light scattering newline(DLS),Zeta potential, In-vitro cytotoxicity (MTT assay),Acute toxicity and finally evaluation newlineof anticancer anticity (In vivo) using a model of mammary gland cancer that has been induced newlineby DMBA various parameter like, Observation of Bodyweight of animals, Tumor volume and newlinerelated parameter, Serum bilirubin, AST and ALP ,An analysis of enzymes involved in newlineoxidative stress, Hormone assay(Progesterone level),Histopathological study newlineResult and Discussion: Plant-based anticancer medicines have shown promise in clinical newlinetrials. They fortify body systems that have been stressed by chemical toxicity or trauma. newlinePolyphenols, which are natural antioxidants, may boost
