Abstract: Introduction: The wide use of internet especially through phones and smart devices has changed the dynamics of buying and selling Nigeria just it is the case globally. The study was thus conducted therefore conducted to investigate determinants of online purchasing behaviour with reference to consumers goods in consumer goods in Nigeria. Specifically, the study was conducted to profile consumer goods commonly purchased online by consumers in Nigeria, analyse determinants of online purchasing behaviour among consumers in Nigeria, analyse the influences of socioeconomic, risk, privacy and web-based factors on consumers online purchasing behaviour, analyse the effect of online purchasing factors on their decision-making process and determine the influence of risk, privacy and web-based factors on consumers level of use of online purchasing medium newline
