dc.description.abstract | quotBackground: For every company Training and development is an important element as improved capability, knowledgeable skill force are recognized as competitive advantage for any business in this global and challenging market. Amusement park industry is no less in this challenging market. Organizational leaders have understood that to run parks successfully the value of training and development needs to be uplifted to increase the employee productivity and performance. newline newlineAim: With the use of primary survey, researcher has tried to identify key performance parameters required for employee in Amusement parks of Western India. Along with that the reasons for imparting Training and not imparting Training has been tried to identify. It has been attempted to establish the relation between training and employee performance in the amusement parks of Western India. newline newlineMaterialsand Methods: This study adopts the Descriptive Study and Inferential Statistical analysis. This was adopted to describe the different methods and patterns of training practiced in Western India Amusement Parks. Also, the parameters in which these trainings are measured are also assessed. newline newlineThis research is based on primary data collection and analysis. The primary data was gathered from the different employees working in the Amusement parks of Gujarat, newline newlineRajasthan, Maharashtra and MP. It was a structured questionnaire and was exercised through google form in different languages. The questionnaire consists of different structures like demographic profile, the training content, methods, the parameters identification and their opinion on the same. newline newlineSeveral tools were used to analyse the data collected through questionnaire. Descriptive measure like mean and standard deviation is used for summarisation of large data; different kinds of charts were used for graphical representation of data. Non parametric test like Chi Square test of independence of attributes, Kruskal Walis test, Shapiro Wills test to check the normality of data, and Multiple response analysis | |
