Abstract: Synthesis of Nanoparticles and nanobioprobes for detection of food borne toxins was demonstrated in the present study. Various methodologies were developed to detect the toxin. The developed methodologies were found to be better in comparison to the conventional technologies. The outcome of this research work is promising and is a step towards the ongoing research in the area of food nanotechnology. newline
