Abstract: | newlinev newlineABSTRACT newlineThe greatest valuable asset a firm has isn t its financial capital, the amount of newlinebuildings or assets it owns, the manufacturing equipment or products it newlineproduces, nor is it any of these things combined; rather, its most important newlineasset is its employee. Employees possess something irreplaceable: the newlineexcellence of the human intellect, which makes them most valuable to their newlineorganizations.
