Abstract

Every human being possesses emotions. These are biological state of mind that are newlineassociated with feelings, thoughts, temperaments and moods of a person. Emotions newlinemay vary from person to person at different stages of life. Emotions are considered to newlinebe an important part or driving force behind person motivation to do a task. In today s newlinescenario now it can be clearly observed that children of age group 15-18 are newlineemotionally disturbed due to various reasons. newlineEmotional stability is an important characteristic of an individual personality that newlinehelps the person to remain calm and patient.
