Abstract: This study revealed that perceived organizational politics and its dimensions (general political behavior, go along to get ahead, pay and promotion policies) have significant positive impact on employee silence and its various types of dimensions in select public and private sector banks. Trust of employees in their superiors also moderates the relationship of these two variables. newline
