Abstract: This study reflects the effect of blended learning strategy on scientific attitude and learning outcomes among secondary school students in the subject of science and mathematics. An experiment was conducted on a random sample of 200 students of secondary school students of class IX. Modules were developed by creating web link for sharing information among students. It is observed that blended learning has positive impact on secondary school students. It has more positive impact on government school students. It can be concluded that blended learning contributes more towards achieving the educational goals. newline
