Abstract: The present work attempts to analyze the works of two South-Asian authors. The research will newlineinclude theories from the Diaspora as the concerned authors are dealing with the issues of migrants travel. Diaspora is an ancient word derived from the Greek word diasperion a combination of dia (cross) and spherion (to sow or scatter seeds) (Gilroy 207). Originally the term newlinewas used to define Greek Jewish communities living in exile from the homeland of Palestine (Brazil). newlinePlace of origin is called Home or Homeland . All displaced people always want to return to where they came from. This desire is known as the journey back to one s native place by various newlineroutes. newline newline
