In addition to conventional placements methods, several newlinenew methods are also being explored to identify prospective recruiters and also increase the newlinevisibility of the Institute in these days. newlineEither it s an autonomous institute, a private university or a Government university or newlinecollege every institute in order to succeed in this competitive life, for their institutes sake it is newlineimportant that authorities to do continue studying, and come up with creating innovative newlineideas. This professional conviction also serves as a strong driving force for our educational newlinesystem and institutions of the present era. newlineTherefore, when every organization are coming up with new ideas and are shifting towards newlineimplementing the contemporary thought process and technology, more specifically for newlinecampus placements department it is shifting to online mode, that to social media, for campus newlineplacement activities as promising recruiters already shifted to online recruitment so to match newlinetheir demand campus placements need to start using along with the conventional method newlineplacements.
