dc.description.abstractThe present study entitled E-learning Readiness of primary school teachers of Uttarakhand in relation to their Technostress, Locus of Control and Teacher effectiveness investigated the relationship among variables E-learning Readiness, Technostress, Locus of Control and Teacher Effectiveness for government primary school teachers were studied. 400 primary school teachers were selected from 202 government primary schools of Uttarakhand. The three (2X3, 2X2 and 2X2) ANOVA designs were employed to study E-learning Readiness of primary school teachers in relation to Technostress, Locus of Control and Teacher Effectiveness. Findings of the study revealed that Government primary Science/ Mathematics stream teachers exhibited better E-learning Readiness than Government primary Social Science/Commerce teachers. Teachers with low Technostress exhibited better E-learning Readiness than teachers with Moderate and high Technostress. Teachers with Internal Locus of Control exhibited better E-learning Readiness than teachers with external Locus of Control. Effective teachers exhibited better E-learning Readiness than ineffective teachers. Significant negative relationship was found between E-learning Readiness and Technostress, Significant negative relationship was found between E-learning Readiness and Locus of control and significant positive relationship was found between e-learning readiness and Teacher Effectiveness. newline
