Abstract: During the synthesis of PdNPs various methodologies were tried and subjected for newlineDynamic light scattering. Whereby analyzing the average size of the Nanoparticles newlineobtained, one of the protocols, protocol number 7 was confirmed. Among many newlineprotocols, Protocol 1 involves the Pd ion (10mM) solution will be prepared by dissolving newlinepalladium (II) chloride. A 10 ml E.globulus leaves extract and 25 ml 10 mM palladium newlinesolution will be mixed with 965 ml of double distilled water and kept with continues newlinestirring for 12 hours at 1000 rpm at room temperature. Average size (d.nm) obtained was newline208 nm. For Protocol 2, 100 ml E.globulus leaves extract and 50 ml 10 mM palladium newlinesolution was mixed with 850 ml of double distilled water and kept with continuous newlinestirring for 12 hours at around 1000 rpm at room temperature. newline
