Abstract: An investigation entitled Effect of INM on hybrid rice-wheat cropping system in newlinecentral plain zone of Uttar Pradesh was carried out at Student s Instructional Farm C.S. newlineAzad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur during 2017-18 and 2018-19. There newlinewere 12 treatments viz. control, 125% RDN, 100 % RDN, 100% RDN + 25% N through FYM, newline100% RDN + 25% N through vermicompost, 100% RDN + 30 kg S ha-1, 100% RDN + 30 kg newlineS ha-1 + 5 kg Zn ha-1, 100% RDN + 30 kg S ha-1 + 5 kg Zn ha-1 + 10 kg Fe ha-1, 100% RDN + newline30 kg S ha-1 + 5 kg Zn ha-1 + 10 kg Fe ha-1 + 1 kg B ha-1, 100% RDN + 30 kg S ha-1 + 5 kg Zn newlineha-1 + 10 kg Fe ha-1 + 1 kg B ha-1 + Azotobacter + PSB, 100% RDN + 25 % N through FYM newline+ 30 kg S ha-1 + 5 kg Zn ha-1 + 10 kg Fe ha-1 + 1 kg B ha-1 + Azotobacter + PSB, 100% RDN newline+ 25 % N through vermicompost + 30 kg S ha-1 + 5 kg Zn ha-1 + 10 kg Fe ha-1 + 1 kg B ha-1 + newlineAzotobacter + PSB applied to hybrid rice and their effect was studied on rice and their residual newlineeffect on succeeding wheat fertilized uniformly with 100% RDF in Randomized Block Design newlinewith three replications. The soil of the experimental field was slightly alkaline in nature having newlinepH (8.14), EC (0.45 dSm-1), low in organic carbon (0.427%) available N (213.00 kg ha-1), newlinemedium in phosphorus (12.84 kg ha-1) and potash (146.76 kg ha-1) and deficient in S (8.60 kg newlineha-1), Zn (0.542 Kg ha-1), Fe (4.02 Kg ha-1) and Boron (0.268 Kg ha-1). In hybrid rice crop, newlineintegrated nutrient management improved growth, yield attributes, yield, nutrient content, newlinenutrient uptake, grain quality, soil health and economics over 100% RDN alone. The residual newlineeffect of integrated source applied in hybrid rice was found significant on succeeding wheat newlinecrop. Highest grain yield of hybrid rice 78.44 q ha-1 and 79.75 q ha-1, wheat 55.85 q ha-1 and newline56.30 q ha-1 and system grain yield 134.29 q ha-1 and 136.05 q ha-1 was recorded with T12 (100% newlineRDN + 25 % N through vermicompost + 30 kg S ha-1 + 5 kg Zn ha-1 + 10 kg Fe ha-1 + 1 kg B newlineha-1 + Azotobacter + PSB) + (100% RDF) which was found 56
