Abstract: In this thesis, physiological issues associated with bile flow from the area of bio-fluid dynamics are investigated. A non- Newtonian fluid model taking Carreau fluid model is studied. Modeling phase of problems includes equations of motion and continuity and reduced to compact form by converting them into nondimensionalized form by considering long wavelength and low Reynolds number approximation and solved analytically using the appropriate boundary conditions to get the expressions for distinct flow parameters of bile together with velocity, pressure gradient, pressure rise and wall shear stress and analyzed graphically. The graphs for these flow parameters are drawn using the MATLAB R2018b software and outcomes are then mentioned with the help of obtained graphs. newline
