Abstract: In this work, the drug is repositioned against cancer cells, and its efficacy is amplified by the typical Fenton reaction due to loaded iron oxide atnanodiamond, as confirmed by the generation of high oxidative stress within the cells. The GO-based combination drug therapy improved the overall efficacy of the bare individual drugs and significantly reduced the population of cancerous cells. Treatment with combinatorial drug nanoformulation inhibited glioblastoma cellular proliferation, migration, and angiogenic potential. Our work showcases that nanodrug delivery carbon-based nanoparticle carriers are the upcoming novel and promising approaches over traditional chemotherapies due to their capability to improve the therapeutic potential of existing drugs with minimal toxicity on normal healthy cells and overcome the issues of dose-dumping. newline newline
