Abstract: Friction stir welding (FSW) is a non-conventional procedure for joining newlinecomplicated metals that are hard to merge otherwise. This process is proficient and has newlinean environment-oriented approach. The mechanical properties of heat-adaptable newlinematerials are reduced as a result of thermal activities. Here, the abrasion of the newlineconsolidated deposits leads to a weakening of the joint. For materials subjected to newlinethermal resistance constraints, grain-related defects and oxidation rupture are found at newlineprominent interfaces during the procedure. As a result, the overall functionality and newlinetensile properties are diminished. The UWFSW is considered successful as it newlinesuccessfully overcomes the hurdles mentioned.
