dc.description.abstractIndia is one of the fastest growing economy in the world. However, unemployment rate newlineis still a problem in our country with the majority of the youth not engaged in any kind newlineof service. According to India Skills Report 2022, just 48.7% of India s youth is newlineemployable. This means that nearly one in every two Indian youngsters is unemployed. newlineIn a study, it was found that roughly 75% of all organizations acknowledged a newlinefundamental skill gap in the industry which happens to be the major reason behind the newlineexisting unemployment rate in India. This highlights the fact that traditional education newlinesystem is unaffordable and insufficient to meet the growing demands of the economy. newlineExperts say E-learning and its platforms will remove the gap between the skilled and newlineunskilled especially in a country like ours which is yet to hit the 100% literacy mark newline
