Abstract: | Pelvic organ Prolapse (POP) is a common disorder often associated with symptoms such as newlinevaginal bulging, pelvic heaviness, bothersome Micturition and defecation symptoms as well as newlinesexual dysfunction, often with a negative impact on quality of life. Mostly benign, but POP is newlinedistressing and disabling The multi factorial Patho physiology may be the cause of associated newlinesymptoms such as bladder, bowel, sexual, and even painful symptoms. Nurse led Bundle care newlineTherapy as one of the Conservative treatment options have therefore gained interest and many newlinewomen with POP prefer Bundle care especially if they have minor symptoms. Materials and newlinemethods; A Quasi experimental study using POP impact, stress and Quality of life assessment newlinescales was performed among 320 women with Pelvic Organ Prolapse .PFMT ,Kegel s exercise newlineand Yoga therapy were given to women as bundle care. Results; POP symptoms decreased from newline44.93 to 28.37, Stress level from 22.84 to 15.21 and QOL affecting issues reduced from 28.99 to newline19.76.Selected socio demographic variables like education, residence and food habit of women newlinefrom the experimental group reported significant reduction of symptoms after the newlineintervention(P=0.001).Summary;The experimental group s problems decreased overall up to newline40% from pre to post testing, demonstrating the Bundle care Therapy s positive effect while the newlinecontrol group with the routine hospital care exhibited no change. Conclusion ;Nurse Led clinics newlinehave revealed both clinically sound and perceived benefits to the women with POP symptoms, by newlinefocusing on promoting quality health traits and putting emphasis on POP management through newlinebundle care therapy. newlineKey words. newlinePOP symptoms, Stress,Quality of Life, Nurse Led bundle care therapy newline |
