The study reveals that it is not conducive performance, mainly due to lack of autonomy, weak co-ordination, imbalanced task allocation, non formation of smaller task groups for time bound projects. It has been found that there was lack of coordination between the officials and the group members. It has been found that the financial literacy of SHGs assisted under SGSY/DAY-NRLM has increased. It has been also found that the beneficiaries were not satisfied with the performance of the officials. Grievance redressal mechanism of the District Rural Development Agency not working properly and takes much time to resolve the problems of beneficiaries. The beneficiaries were dissatisfied with the behaviour of the officials when they approach them. newline |
