Abstract: This study investigated the effect of land use changes on soil organic carbon dynamics in the parts of SBS Nagar district of Indian Punjab. This study investigated the simulation of organic carbon under future climate in soil under different land uses. Also, impact of land uses on soil respiration in Indian Punjab. By assessing the turnover of SOC, the result of this study will help in modelling of carbon cycling in soils with different land use history and their contribution to atmospheric CO2. newline
