Abstract

The present research work has used both analytical and descriptive tools to come to a conclusion. Both primary as well as secondary data was collected. Three parameters comprising of the opinions of the Entitled Citizens, Beneficiaries, and officials have been chosen for this study and three different Interview Schedules prepared accordingly. The agenda behind this study was to determine their level of legal knowledge, their satisfaction with the services provided by the LSA and their awareness regarding their legal rights. In this pursuit, a sample of 120 Officials, 120 Legal Aid Beneficiaries and 300 Entitled citizens - a total sample of 540 was collected. Later, the Primary data so collected was analyzed using cross tabulation with the help of the SPSS using relevant statistical techniques like chi-square test. newline
