dc.description.abstract | The way the world is fast evolving along with the increase in population and its impact on the environment is alarming. Every day we see the effect of global warming and the changing face of the earth and depletion of natural resources. We need to urgently cut on the emissions as quickly as possible and protect the natural resources wherever possible. An increase in population and expanding economy give rise to civil engineering activities in all sectors to replace old structures by new ones which in turn gives rise to a lot of construction and demolition waste. Many urban cities of various countries are having the acute problem of controlling the waste or processing it from the place of generation (origin) to a destination of proper reuse effectively and safely without compromising on the safety and functional aspect of the particular application. newline | |
