Abstract: Researcher has undertaken the present research work with a view newlineto understand job satisfaction among the teachers.Therefore, the present newlineresearch work is entitled, A STUDY OF JOB SATISFACTION OF newlineTEACHERS WORKING IN ARTS, COMMERCE AND SCIENCE newlineSENIOR COLLEGES AFFILIATED TO SRTMU, NANDED WITH newlineSPECIAL REFERENCE TO LATUR DISTRICT. newlineAs Latur District is concern no considerable research work has newlinebeen conducted over job satisfaction of senior college teachers working in newlineArts, Commerce and Science colleges that are affiliated to Swami newlineRamanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. So, the present study newlineis original and unique in nature.This will also help the educational newlineinstitutions to concentrate on problems faced by teachers and to newlineimplement remedies to reduce that problems. newlineThe present study is an example of descriptive research. As the newlinedescriptive research is undertaken when there is a study of describing newlinecharacteristics of specific individual or group of individual. newlineOn the basis of data analysis researcher conclude that various newlinefactors affecting job satisfaction of teachers. Data analysis shows that newlineEnough salary is provided to teachers to meet their family needs. Salary newlineof teachers are decided by UGC Norms and University Regulations. newlineTeachers receives their salary on time. During the study period Covid-19 newlineaffected the education system. Hence, researcher realized that online newlinesystem adopted during Covid-19 have influence over job satisfaction of newlineteachers. newlineAbstract newlineIV newlineAfter analysis researcher conclude that, lack of additional newlineremuneration, job insecurity, poor working conditions, centralised newlinemanagement and inappropriate students behaviour are some of the basic newlineproblems faced by teachers newline
