dc.description.abstractTraffic congestion is one of the major issues, a serious concern present undoubtedly all around the world following the rapid urbanisation and the growing motorisation. To solve this, there are more research studies on traffic management since it has vital role in traffic controlling and travel planning for the secure and peaceful journey. On the other hand, most of the industries and business activities depend on road transport, since the effective goods movement is significant for global and economic development. Raising congestion in the road affects the goods movement and it creates economic problems in the country. newlineIn the past few decades, there are more innovations and advancements in science and technology, which help many fields witness exponential growth. Some fields like automobiles and manufacturing technology introduce various kinds of vehicles using the latest engineering technology from time to time. This technical development creates traffic congestion in the metropolitan cities and also it increases the level of uncertainty and indeterminacy in the traffic.
