Abstract: i newlineABSTRACT newlineThe entitled thesis Design, Synthesis, Biological Activity and Docking Studies of Indazole, newlineImidazole, Oxazole and Thiazole Derivatives comprises four chapters, first Chapter is newlineintroduction, contains survey of literature and the remaining four are experimental chapters. newlineChapter-I: Chapter-I noticeable with introductory aspects of Indazole, Imidazole, Oxazole and newlineThiazole derivatives. The significance of these heterocyclic moieties with many newlinepharmacological activities have been highlighted. The significant biological effects of newlineThiazole, Oxazole, Indazole and Imidazole compounds and their derivatives have been newlinediscussed. Most of these compounds have anticancer, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and newlineother divergent pharmacological activities summarized with their molecular structural changes. newlineChapter-II: This chapter describes the design, synthesis and biological evaluation of amide newlinederivatives of thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidines as new chemical scaffolds as anticancer agents. newlineFurther, in vitro anticancer effects of all the compounds were evaluated against four human newlinecancer cells. newlineChapter-III: In this chapter the design, synthesis of 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole incorporated oxazole newlinetriazine derivatives have been presented and biological assessment of these compounds as newlinesignificant anticancer agents is described with reference to various cancer cells. newlineChapter-IV; Section A: This chapter explicates about synthesis of indazole derivative. The newlinesimple, effective, stable and inexpensive methodology to prepare these compounds. Further, newlinethe docking studies for this titled compound are presented. newlineSection B: In this chapter the more efficient method of synthesis of benzimidazole derivatives newlinehave been discussed and docking studies discussed. Further, all so presented pharmacological newlineactivity of several imidazole derivative. newline
