Abstract: Elucidating sexual harassment is a multiplex job owing to the fact that there are newlinedifferences in opinions, ideas, knowledge and the social environments of individuals newlineand groups. An individual s interpretation of sexual harassment is framed by various newlinekinds of societal factors like religion, education and past experiences with sexual newlineharassment. It is also very awkward to investigate the malleability of how an newlineindividual expresses sexual harassment acts.
